What we'd love to see
- Senior+ track record — you’ve shipped real things and you can talk about them in detail.
- A portfolio or ship-list that does the heavy lifting for you. One stunning project beats five mediocre ones.
- A clear sense of what you want to do for us — even if we’ve never posted that role.
- Comfortable with our cadence: weekly ships, written-first, async by default, two on-site weeks a quarter for remote staff.
What we won't read
- A generic cover letter that doesn’t mention LogicBanker by name.
- "I want to learn"-energy. We hire senior, paid senior.
- A 4-page CV. One page — the work — is enough.
